Moms and Friends and Lazarus

Cherry (left) came late. She asked me, "What is the story today?" So I asked Manju to tell her, which she did without hesitation. We have learned about Mary and Martha. Today was Lazarus's story and his sisters' awesome faith in Jesus Christ. The lesson about Jesus's perfect timing really spoke to Manju, so she shared this with Cherry. I love it!
The activity today was exercise.
Then we ate cake!
And the twins fought over a book.
Cinnamon Cake

2 teaspoons Cinnamon

1 cup curd
3/4 cup Water

1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup Chopped nuts – for garnishing

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Blend curd, water & oil in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend well. Bring it into dripping consistency. Add more water if required.  Oil the bottom of s baking dish and pour the batter to the prepared 9 inch cake pan. Top with chopped nuts. Bake for 30 minutes. This is a very moist, yummy cake. I threw the white chocolate in for kicks. Came out good.
